What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using traditional and creative sourcing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities; represent the employer at college fairs and networking events
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and align on hiring strategies
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS and provide regular recruiting metrics and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of professional services recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully closing entry- to senior-level roles
- Experience in college recruiting and building relationships with academic institutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Paylocity is preferred
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
