- Proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
- Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily
- Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriate
- Work closely with leadership team and hiring managers to fully understand requirements and needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep an ongoing pipeline
- Document all candidate activity during the candidate process
- Be creative—identify new ways to source candidates and identify key clinical networks to broaden the applicant pool
- 3-6+ years of experience
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Ability to utilize all different types of social medial platforms to source for top talent
- Analytical and research skills
- Solid candidate experience skills - the ability to draw in candidates and keep a strong pipeline
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment

About the RoleWe are seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist should be skilled at building networks, be confident & coachable, have a professional phone presence, and be flexible working in fast-paced environment aimed at identifying key talent to help provide critical solutions for youth across the country.The Talent Acquisition Specialist's primary focus is on clinical recruiting. In order to deliver the best possible care to our clients, we need exceptional clinicians to join our team. This candidate will play an integral role in sourcing new clinical team members to allow Charlie Health to serve more clients in more geographies. Charlie Health is growing quickly, we are looking for a candidate is able to work efficiently and independently, and can quickly source and develop strong rapport with candidates.Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing live-saving solutions. Additional InformationThe expected base pay for this role will be between $66,000 and $77,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-REMOTE
