What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruiting for operational and admin staff, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) workflow appropriately
- Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to understand market and branch needs
- Proactively source and identify passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn
- Identify gaps in the recruitment process and implement improvements for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting
- Experience managing 15+ open positions for full-time, salaried, professional roles
- Strong skills in sourcing candidates through resume databases such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Ability to provide examples of exceeding recruitment goals and metrics
- Education level: Associate degree or higher; must be at least 18 years of age
