What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop e-learning and blended learning content while ensuring accessibility of training materials
- Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, and best practices for user experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new training requirements and strategies
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate training content against system requirements
- Manage the development of data tracking processes and ensure timely deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Avature's applicant tracking system (ATS) to support user training and process optimization
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent public speaking skills for delivering engaging content to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in designing training solutions for Talent Acquisition systems
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and processes
- Proven ability to create engaging e-learning content across various digital platforms
