What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates creatively through various channels, including LinkedIn and niche job boards.
- Evaluate candidates via thoughtful resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in the ATS for efficiency and compliance.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across diverse roles.
- Hands-on expertise with recruiting systems (ATS/HRIS); Paycor experience is a significant plus.
- Proven sourcing success using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BuiltIn, and other platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace for communication and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
