      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for leading enterprise-wide talent development and organizational design solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting senior business leaders to identify strategies directly linked to organizational goals and implement leadership solutions across the business. Job expectations include partnering with Global Talent, Global Human Resources (GHR), business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors to execute enterprise talent processes and provide consultative support to lead the design, development, and implementation of talent development.

      The Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) Team manages and delivers core processes for the company, including talent planning, performance management, and CEO/CHRO/Board/Regulatory material preparation.

      The ETM Consultant II is primarily responsible for integration and process excellences for planning and execution of core processes across all businesses and preparing talent updates for the CEO and board of directors.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Taking into account the company’s strategic priorities, input from CEO and Head of HR and other key stakeholders, determine priorities and requirements for each talent planning cycle

      • Develop an understanding of talent across the enterprise to drive robust development, succession plans and progress on talent commitments

      • Work closely with Global Talent executives and process owners from each line of business to review and prepare materials for CEO talent meetings twice annually

      • Manage process timelines, templates, and deliverables for talent reviews with the CEO; develop and maintain resources used to support CEO and LOB talent management processes (Flagscape, Sharepoint, etc.)

      • Prepare materials for Head of HR and CEO to use in talent update for board of directors

      • Support CEO and MTM year-end process

      • Lead evaluation of talent management system (Workday) enhancements in partnership with Enterprise workforce management team and Workday Center of Excellence (COE), shared services and other stakeholders

      • Build strong relationships to partner effectively with a variety of constituents (HREs, Talent Executives, compensation, staffing , communications, finance, corporate strategy) in building integrated people processes

      • Identify, develop and lead the implementation of multiple projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment with competing priorities

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years experience in HR, Leadership Development or Talent Management related role

      • Prior experience on the Global Talent Process team and experience with the CEO Talent Planning process

      • Track record of delivering executive ready solutions that are simplified, practical and achieved through collaboration with multiple stakeholders

      • Strong business acumen, analytical skills and attention to detail

      • Ability to navigate in highly complex, matrixed organization and operate effectively in an often ambiguous environment

      • Relationship management skills including the ability to communicate, influence and coach at the senior leader level

      • Ability to translate strategy into specific goals, tactics and deliverables

      • Must have strong project management skills, technology proficiency, systems thinking and quality orientation

      • Performance consulting skills including the ability to identify performance gaps by asking the right questions
