  Overview

  TAMPA, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - Active South Tampa family seeking FULL-TIME NANNY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT for their 3 kids ages betwen 5-10 years old. One of the children has special needs and receives occupational & speech therapies. The candidate needs to be comfortable with his abilities, and a background in behavioral management/therapy would be a bonus. The perfect candidate will love children, be imaginative, creative, loves learning, lots of energy with a calming demeanor/disposition and is overall fun with and warm towards the kids. The children have lots of various activities after school and the nanny would need to help the mom balance out caring for kids while getting kids to and from engagements. A clean driving record is necessary, with a willingness and ability to have two car seats in the car during the week. The hours are mainly 1:30 pm - 7:30pm, Monday - Friday with additional flexibility for evenings and weekends. All of the children are in school for most of the day and the main portion of the childcare is afternoon/evening help. Duties include running errands, prepping/reheating meals for family, laundry for the family (put away properly), light cleaning before leaving each evening, dropping off dry cleaning, and taking children to and from school and activities as needed.

  There are 4 animals in the home (2 dogs and 2 cats) that may need care while the nanny is there. The family may also need the nanny/PA to care for the pets while they are out of town. The family has a guest suite for the nanny to use if they are caring for animals while the family is out of town. The family has a pool, so the candidate needs to be a strong swimmer. The candidate should have a passport, or willingness to acquire a passport. The family has a part time housekeeper that works 8hrs per week and handles deep cleaning responsibilities.

  The family values discretion and the candidate would need to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The preference is for the nanny to use their own vehicle and the family will pay reimbursement at the Standard Federal Rate. This position is currently live-out and the family is not currently willing to offer any relocation. Benefits include PTO + Paid Holidays + Sick days + negotiable healthcare stipend. Pay is $30-40+/hr via payroll, based on experience and education. Must be wililng to sign a non-disclouse agreement.
