Target Operating Model Analyst
London, Canary WharfAs a Barclays Target Operating Model Analyst within Transformation Readiness, you will work alongside the business stakeholders, operations users, controls teams, technology teams, UAT test managers and all other stakeholders to understand current business process. This is a great opportunity for you to work to design a Target Operating Model and associated requirements documentation for Wholesale Lending migration to our Loan IQ platform.

What will you be doing?
• Following agreed design principles to inform and support Target Operating Model processes, focusing on objectives to Simplify, Standardise and Automate
• Supporting all governance activities to ensure robust planning, scheduling, documentation and sign-offs are delivered
• Liaising with all stakeholders including tech/ops partners and drive the documentation of business requirements, process flows, current vs future gap analysis, and data analysis
• Ensuring all target processes are defined with a view to ensure robust controls are in place and ensure engagement with Controls and Rigour teams
• Preparing any required sign-off from stakeholders on various future state design decisions and Go/No Go decisions
• Ensuring ownership and accountability of all work items and will be responsible for reporting status and planningWhat we’re looking for:
• Exceptional ability to drive strategic Business process design, associated workflow and documentation
• Proven knowledge and understanding of Corporate and IB Lending processes and procedures
• Experience of tools for documentation including JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to manage teams to deliver project outcomes
Skills that will help you in the role:• Lending /Servicing knowledge across all debt products
• Experience of using Agile project management
• Understanding and experience of working closely with IT, Transformation & Change areaWhere will you be working?
