      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet guests at the front of the store to create a welcoming experience
      - Promote safety standards and maintain a secure environment throughout the store
      - Respond to and accurately document security incidents in a timely manner
      - Utilize de-escalation tactics when addressing security issues
      - Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support theft apprehension as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Meet any state or local licensure and/or legal requirements related to the position
      - Effective communication skills and ability to operate technology equipment
      - Capability to work both independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis response and crowd management
      - Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous experience in a security role or similar position
      - Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in work hours
