      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting staff in financial management and reporting
      - Assist the Director of Finance in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements
      - Monitor hotel operations, cash flow, and operating forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met
      - Supervise accounting department staff and ensure compliance with accounting policies
      - Analyze financial data and communicate issues to management for practical improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or related field
      - Experience as Assistant Director of Finance at a larger hotel with a decentralized accounting structure
      - Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
      - Experience supervising three or more employees
      - Proficiency in Oracle and IBM TM1 software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A 4-year college degree with an Accounting/Finance concentration or a 2-year college degree with relevant experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly evaluate alternative courses of action
      - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work long hours as needed
      - Experience in managing compliance with regulatory licenses and permits
