      Reports To: Corporate Director of Catering & Events
      Position Overview:
      We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Task Force Catering Manager to support
      catering and event operations across a portfolio of premium branded hotels, including Hilton,
      Hyatt, and Marriott properties. This role requires extensive travel and is ideal for a hospitality
      professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven ability to manage high-
      profile events, temporary teams, and branded standards across multiple properties.
      The Catering Manager will provide on-site support for short-staffed or high-volume periods,
      grand openings, renovations, and special events, ensuring seamless service and brand
      consistency.
      Key Responsibilities:
       Provide direct on-site catering and event support to properties within the Hilton, Hyatt,
      and Marriott portfolios.
       Lead the planning and execution of banquets, corporate meetings, weddings, conferences,
      and social events.
       Partner with hotel sales, culinary, and banquet teams to execute brand-standard catering
      experiences.
       Ensure compliance with each brand’s service and presentation guidelines (e.g., Hilton
      EventReady, Marriott Bonvoy Events, Hyatt Event Experience).
       Act as an interim catering leader at properties undergoing staffing transitions or requiring
      additional support during peak seasons or newly acquired properties.
       Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
       Train and mentor on-site property teams to uphold hospitality standards and optimize
      event execution.
       Manage event logistics including menu planning, room setups, AV coordination,
      timelines, and vendor management.
       Support food safety, sanitation, and compliance with local and brand-specific regulations.
       Collaborate with hotel GMs, Directors of Sales & Marketing, and Banquet Operations to
      align strategies and improve event outcomes.
       Provide post-event evaluations and operational feedback to hotel leadership.
      Qualifications:
       3–5 years of experience in hotel catering or conference services management, preferably
      across multiple brands or properties.
       Familiarity with Hilton, Hyatt, and/or Marriott brand standards and service platforms.
       Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time (air and ground).
       Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities
      simultaneously.
       Exceptional client service orientation and communication skills.
       Strong leadership and team-building abilities in varied environments.
       Proficiency in hotel sales and catering software (Delphi.fdc, Opera Sales & Catering,
      Marriott CI/TY, or similar).
       ServSafe, TIPS, or other food & beverage certifications preferred.
       Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
