Description:
To Provide “We Win Hearts Service” to our Guests with friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our Guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our Guests an amazing experience with great food and great energy. Must have a working knowledge of food and beverage menus. Welcome and greet Guests, make our Guests feel comfortable. Inform Guests of specials, soup of the day, and menu changes. Make recommendations Guests will enjoy. Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services. Take food and beverage orders from Guests, and enter orders in our point-of-sale system. Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to Guests in a timely matter. Maintain tables; clearing of trash, finished plates, refills, etc. Prepare final bill, present check to Guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable). Clear and reset tables. Thank Guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions. Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system. Must maintain a score of 80% or higher shopper report scores. Two years server experience preferred. Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays.
