- Participating in preparation of initial tax analysis based on case facts and applicable legislation.
- Strong analytical skills, supporting tax compliance and accounting teams in connection with day-to-day activities, preparation of statutory reports.
- Delivery of high-quality tax services that meet client expectations.

- Develop skills and knowledge, including accounting, tax law, presentation and planning and delivery, facilitation, project management, risk judgment and business development.
- Thoroughly and accurately analyzing information.
- Preparing practical, professional, competent, effective and creative solutions to client’s situation; arriving at appropriate engagement conclusions, recommendations and implementation plans.
- Making quality decisions in the more complex, judgmental areas after consulting with others.
- Preparing for meetings with target management teams.
- Preparing reports that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
- Maintaining positive relationships both with the team members and client personnel.
- University degree majoring in the field of economics, finance, accounting, and joint law
- Tax background, good knowledge of financial accounting and tax legislation
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Azerbaijani
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to work in teams
- Organizational skills, analytical ability and detail focused
- 1 year of experience as a tax specialist or similar position in tax accounting or consulting would be an advantage
- ACCA foundational papers (minimum F3) would be an advantage.

We are seeking graduate candidates for the Tax Accounting specialist (entry level) position based in Baku. This full-time role is within the TAX department, Global Compliance and Reporting sub-service line.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Tax Accounting intern, you will be expected to ensure that all the required work output is delivered in a timely manner in line with or exceeding the key performance expectations assigned for your position.
