      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze tax forms and laws to ensure software accuracy
      - Implement changes to existing tax software products
      - Test software products for functionality
      - Design client interface in tax product
      - Write system flow specifications for software engineers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
      - Two or more years of recent income tax experience
      - Extensive knowledge of tax requirements
      - Strong communication and computer skills
      - CPA or EA certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic filing of tax returns
      - State, city, and local income tax preparation experience
      - Knowledge of UltraTax CS software
