What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare various types of tax returns and related work papers accurately and efficiently
- Maintain client files and financial data for billing and invoicing purposes
- Attend learning opportunities and comply with quality control standards
- Respond to tax inquiries, research technical matters, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with additional projects as needed to enhance client service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with tax software programs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in tax preparation or related field
