- Tax return preparation: Prepare corporate and partnership tax returns including preparation of work papers; preparation of tax projections and related estimates; analyze client information; perform tax research.
- Research tax issues and assist with tax audits
- Assist with general administrative functions of the clients’ tax departments
- Special projects, as necessary
- Minimum 1+ year experience in tax preparation (1-2 years of experience will do)
- Knowledge of U.S. federal income tax
- Must have excellent math and computer skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel; work experience using tax preparation software and applications preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with tax team and clients.
- Conversation English Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player and be willing to work over-time when necessary.
- Ability to lead and foster positive working environment
- Ability to multi-task job responsibilities
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment

- Bachelors’ degree required
- Masters or equivalent preferred
- Currently night shift (Monday night to Friday night – 9PM to 6AM)
