Job Responsibilities

Looking for an Associate with about 4-8 years of relevant experience and a true excitement to learn! Responsibilities will include:

• Handling compensation and benefit matters, with emphasis on IRC Section 409A and 280G
• Expanding tax practice to include corporate and partnership tax
