      • an effective organizer and manager of time, able to work with a large volume of accounts and time dependent tasks
      • a problem solver, able to logically work through problems and propose solutions as well as challenge and enhance current processes
      • a team player, able to work effectively as part of a diverse team across multiple locations
      • a great communicator, able to present effectively to clients both verbally and in writing to a wide range of clients
      • a critical thinker, self-starter, with a keen interest to solve problems with solutions
      • detail orientated, able to spot potential issues and ask questions to avoid errors
      • client focused, being able to explain complex topics to financial advisors and clients with varying degrees of knowledge
      • ideally 6-10 years of related experience in investment management and implementation of high net worth portfolios
      • a degree ideally in business/finance or related subjects
      • a post graduate qualification such as CFA or MBA a plus
      • strong analytical skills, knowledge of optimization and factor based risk models such as BARRA
      • experience of analytical tools such as Bloomberg, Barra and Factset
      • a Good knowledge of wealth management for high net worth private clients and the Separately Managed Account industry and tax impact on investments
      • strong IT skills, programming/coding a plus
