What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 1st review of moderately complex returns
- Regular client contact and engagement management
- Provide support and guidance to interns and staff
- Utilize tax software such as CCH Axcess & Engagement
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of recent experience in public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA exam eligible; CPA license preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and other cloud-based tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a paperless work environment
- Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback
