Your role
Do you want to join an existing and dynamic Tax team that solves complex tax issues for the America’s region?
We’re looking for a tax reporting specialist to:
• prepare quarterly IFRS federal, state, and foreign tax provisions, reconcile federal, state and foreign tax accounts and document and support deferred tax balances.
• analyze financial data, calculate tax adjustments, and report accurate taxable income via the quarterly tax provision process.
• collaborate with external Big 4 co-sourcing partners to review federal and foreign tax filings.
• assist with responses to inquiries from the IRS in an accurate and timely manner by thorough analysis and communication.
• contribute to the effective implementation of tax risk controls and improvements.
• assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring transfer pricing policies, and analysis of intercompany transactions.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Group Tax team in either Stamford CT or Nashville, TN. You will work with a team of experienced accountants and attorneys with experience in all facets of tax ranging from tax accounting to transfer pricing. As a tax reporting specialist, you’ll play an important role in reporting accurate and timely tax results for financial reporting purposes.
Your expertise
• CPA and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or other business-related field is preferred
• previous experience in accounting, audit, or tax a plus
• previous Big 4 experience or public accounting experience a plus
• able to work in a high paced, multi-task environment and deliver results.About us
