What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in administering contracts for the TERP grants programs, including drafting amendments, minor change documents, and associated correspondence
- Oversee the amendment approval and execution process
- Monitor and maintain grant contract files
- Answer questions related to contract terms and conditions for agency staff, grantees, and vendors
- Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining approved grant program contract shells
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university plus one year of full-time experience in contracting or purchasing
- Must obtain the Texas Contract Manager Certification (CTCM) within twelve (12) months of hire date
- Experience with contract or grant administration
- Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM)
- Must meet the minimum qualifications of the corresponding job in the Contract Specialist III series
