Job Summary:
Role : Chat/Voice Customer Support Role (Blended)
Experience: 0.9 months to 5 years
Job Location: Kolkata
Requirement:
Any Full time Non-Technical Graduate with 0.9 months to 5 years of work experience
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts Prior experience in international chat/voice process is preferred. Should be able to handle all inbound customer service chat/call.
