Responsibilities:
Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills and understanding of customer of customer interactions leading to successful customer outcomes.
• Respond to emails and chats. Assist customers with service or feature modificationson account• Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue. Analyse, isolate and diagnosetechnical trouble• Provide existing trouble ticket status to customers• Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policesAbout the company
