Teacher Assistant
Duties: Under the supervision of the Pre-School Manager, you will assist with implementing program activities in the areas of cognitive, speech and language, fine motor, gross motor, self-help, social, emotional and behavior management. Will maintain a clean, sanitary environment and provide a nurturing environment with age-appropriate interaction. Many activities will require the ability to consistently sit and stand on the floor.
Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent required. You must have knowledge of early childhood development with a minimum of one year experience caring for one or more young children. Must have the ability to effectively communicate to children through voice and body language. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Hourly Pay: $13.00
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8a-2:30p, Friday 8a-12p (Full-time)
