Tipp City Exempted Vilage Schools - TOSA job description Tippecanoe High School is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA)
to lead key operational initiatives focused on attendance, discipline, MTSS, state testing, student activities, and parking systems. This is a high-accountability role ideal for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by data-informed decision making, operational excellence, and student-centered leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve daily attendance systems and outreach
• Enforce discipline policies and support behavior interventions
• Coordinate MTSS supports and lead data-informed student progress tracking
• Manage all aspects of state-mandated testing
• Support and expand student activities, leadership, and engagement
• Lead parking operations, including permits and enforcement
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Demonstrate relentless follow-through and strong systems thinking
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Embrace accountability and uphold high expectations for all
Required Qualifications:
• Current Ohio Teaching License
• 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience
• Experience in school operations, MTSS, or student services preferred
