      Description

      Youth For Tomorrow (YFT) is urgently hiring three Certified Bilingual Teachers or Certified ESL Teachers in its accredited, private secondary school. This is a full-time, salaried position in our private school located on our beautiful 200 acre residential campus near Manassas, VA. This position serves as a general education classroom teacher for children 11 18.

      Salary range $55,000 to $60,000 plus benefits and a $3,000 signing bonus.

      Benefits include 401(k) match, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

      Excellent COVID safety program under the management of our campus nursing staff including testing and quarantine of incoming students, PPE provided, masks required, temperature checks and on-campus COVID testing as needed.

      Year round teaching schedule with quarterly breaks. 39 total days of paid time off throughout the year including school breaks, holidays and paid vacation plus 9 professional development days.

      Qualifications


      Bilingual Teachers

      Requirements include fluency in both English and Spanish, a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a teaching certification and/or a certification in teaching ESL.
