      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and design curriculum and instructional material relevant to nursing education
      - Facilitate classroom, online, and laboratory instruction, including assessment of student performance
      - Advise students on academic and career direction within the nursing field
      - Collaborate with department faculty and staff to develop effective teaching strategies
      - Assist in activities for accreditation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current unencumbered license as a registered nurse in the United States, or attainment of a Wisconsin RN license by December 31, 2025
      - Master's degree (MSN) or doctorate degree (DNP or PhD) from an accredited Nursing Program
      - At least one (1) year of experience as an instructor in an accredited nursing program within the last five (5) years
      - Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
      - Eligible for health care provider CPR certification, and up-to-date immunizations as required by clinical agencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Teaching experience with online, asynchronous education delivery
      - Content knowledge in nursing economics, health care policy, and Indigenous health practices
      - Experience advising and mentoring RNs or undergraduate nursing students
      - Clinical teaching with population health or in a senior-level capstone clinical course
      - Experience integrating technology (artificial intelligence) to enhance teaching and learning
