      We're seeking a Team Admin to join our wider admin team supporting the Buckinghamshire Primary Care Mental Health hub. You'll play a vital role in improving access to dedicated mental health support in local community settings across Buckinghamshire.

      You will be managing enquires, via email and telephone, from service users and professionals. You will also be responsible for general administration duties for clinical staff, minute taking, data recording and collection.

      Main duties of the job

      • Handle general enquiries into the hub.
      • Respond to email and telephone enquiries, using a high level of initiative.
      • Working in a confidential, respectful and sensitive manner.
      • Organising meetings, co-ordinating the diaries of team members and providing administrative support as required.
      • Provide administrative support to the team ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation.

      • NVQ Level II in business administration or equivalent experience
      • GCSE English and Maths (minimum Grade C or equivalent)

      Desirable

      • Recognised secretarial qualification (eg RSA or equivalent)

      Knowledge and Experience

      Essential

      • Experience of using Office computer programs including MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
      • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
      • Ability to liaise with both the public and all professionals in a confident and effective manner
      • Experience of working in a role with varying demands
      • Ability to work effectively under pressure/with interruptions

      Desirable

      • Experience of working in a healthcare environment
      • Working knowledge of email systems and electronic health records systems

      People Skills

      • Able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organisation
      • Able to communicate in a respectful and senstive manner with service users
