Job Description

Diary support to Principals – setting up regular and ad hoc meetings (internal and external) and rescheduling meeting clashes. Booking rooms and catering for internal/external meetings.
Support to project workstreams e.g. setting up regular project meetings and large workshops.
Arrange UK and international travel and accommodation for the team, including processing payments and keeping a record of travel expenses to ensure appropriate use of the teams’ travel budget.
Book all external training and conference attendance, including raising purchase orders and processing payments.
Recruitment support – scheduling interviews, creating interview packs, welcoming candidates.
Co-ordinate the onboarding and leavers process including updating org charts, welcome packs, DLs and forwarding all relevant meetings.
Proactively update internal team databases and Sharepoint sites.
Support the organisation of sub-team away days and social events.
Point of contact for all general admin queries.
Work closely with the wider admin team and provide cover when needed.

Clear, friendly and accurate communication skills.

As Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administrative support to the Online Safety Group, including diary support to several members of the management team.
