Job summary
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to work in a busy Administration Team.
The post holder will be based at Chase Farm Hospital and will be providing administration support to The Enfield Talking Therapies Team in Enfield.
The The Enfield Talking Therapies Team provides psychological / psychotherapeutic services to residents with a GP in the borough, over the age of 16.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent administration skills
Working knowledge of IT systems
Excellent competencies in managing service user requests in a professional & non-judgemental manner
Strong abilities in managing schedules, diaries and competing priorities
Have good attention to detail
Be a team player& extremely reliable

Main duties of the job

To open post/ emails and action appropriately e.g. prioritising referrals that indicate risk; ensuring important information is sent to senior members of in a timely manner.
To organise and maintain office stationery supplies.
To organise and take notes at meetings as required.
To provide a general administrative function for the team members as directed by senior management.
To work collaboratively with other team members.
To welcome clients attending appointments and respond to any queries.
To be able to manage difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner in person and on the telephone.
To maintain and operate the client clinical data systems.
To contact clients to arrange appointments.
To be flexible in approach to work.
To undertake annual appraisal with Line Manager and to attend meetings and training courses as required.
