- Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately
- Minuting Professional Meetings
- General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing
- Scheduling appointments/meetings
- Handling correspondence ingoing/outgoing mail
- Handling queries over the phone and face to face from staff, patients, and external agencies
- Looking after a shared email inbox
- Assisting the team with various administrative tasks

Job summary
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for healthcare? We seek an enthusiastic Administrator to be part of our Neighbourhood Mental Health team in Redditch
This role is 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri 9-5. Processes are in place to support flexible working requests.
In this important role you'll use your knowledge, experience & expertise to provide essential support to our hard-working Clinical Team as well as the other members of the vital administration team
You will be a strong communicator supporting a wide range of people including patients & healthcare professionals. You will be responsive & adapt to the needs of the service, and be sure that your hard work will make a difference to our patients & service users every day
