- You will need to be proficient in the use of patient electronic record systems adopted by the Trust.
- Undertake photocopying, scanning and distribution of documents as required.
- Accurate use of HealthRoster to assign staff's shifts and add leave.
- Managing medical devices used by the team
- Supporting them with any system issues such as reporting and dealing with IT problems. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to service planning and development in relation to administration systems and procedures.
- Order and receive supplies ordered on a weekly basis and arrange for delivery of patient supplies by volunteer services.
- Report estates and facilities issues when required
