      What You’ll Do:
      • Manage complex travel arrangements for MDs and their teams, including visas, itineraries, and cross-time-zone coordination.
      • Organise high-profile client meetings and corporate dinners both in Dublin and abroad, from venue sourcing to logistics and guest experience.
      • Provide seamless diary management, coordinating meetings, interviews, and VC calls with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Be the first point of contact for international visitors - ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure.
      • Process travel and business expenses within policy guidelines, handling approvals and compliance (including MCO for gifts/hospitality).

      What You’ll Bring:
      • Solid Team, Personal or Executive Assistant experience - preferably within banking or a corporate/institutional setting.
      • Excellent diary management and travel coordination skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
      • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint.
      • Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal, with a polished, professional demeanour.
      • Exceptionally organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
      • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and delivers solutions before anyone else spots the issue.
      • Discretion, diplomacy, and confidence handling sensitive information, always with a high level of confidentiality.

      What’s In It For You:
      • A competitive compensation package, including bonus potential.
      • Private health insurance fully covered for you and your dependents.
      • Private dental insurance (fully covered by the Bank).
