Job Description

• profound experience and motivation in team management and team development, in particular with part-time staff
• hands-on mentality, team player across other outbound teams, within Regional and Remote Sales & Advisory organization
• high level of client-servicing and sales mindset, good grasp on sales and advisory opportunities within the outbound team and beyond
• profound knowledge / experience for closely dealing with sales and product management, marketing and digital marketing as well as the agile delivery and product organization/ crew
• know-how and demonstrated track record across digital and advisory product offering, selling investment, retirement, mortgage offering or in sales management
• efficient and structured ways of working, continuously optimizing and industrializing processes and applications
• profound expertise in risk management
• fluency in German and English, good knowledge in French or Italian are a plus, but not mandatoryAbout the company
