- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required within one (1) year of hire.
- Candidates who do not possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent will be provided the opportunity to enroll in a GED/HSEA program at time of hire as a condition of employment. A hired candidate will be provided one (1) year from date of hire to successfully complete a GED program and obtain their HSEA.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Patient Access certification preferre
- Successful completion of all orientation programs.
- He/she assists staff in any area of the department where immediate help is needed
- Assures that all work that is generated is sorted and distributed and that the work area is kept organized and cleaned up
- Facilitates the coordination of activities with physician offices, service sites and ancillary departments.
- Fill in for Supervisor as necessary.
Job Overview:
The Team Leader ensures all staff are properly collecting required demographic, financial, referral/authorization, clinical, and other registration data is accurately collected, verified, and communicated appropriately.
