Job Description
- Req#: 210440
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or employee experience roles, with at least 2 years in a program management or similar position.
- Additional Skills (required):
· Develop, implement, and manage employee experience programs and initiatives, including orientation, recognition, and work-life balance programs.
· Ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and meet the needs of employees.
· Oversee initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
· Collect and analyze feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to identify areas for improvement.
· Manage the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their employment experience.
· Develop and update orientation materials and resources to enhance new hire integration.
· Implement and manage employee recognition and reward programs that align with company values and objectives.
· Manage projects related to employee experience programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Track and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
· Monitor and analyze program metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of employee experience initiatives.
· Prepare and present regular reports on program effectiveness, trends, and recommendations to HR leadership.
· Develop and execute communication strategies to promote employee experience programs and keep employees informed.
· Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to ensure program integration and alignment with broader HR and organizational strategies.
· Work with external vendors and partners as necessary to enhance program offerings.
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to employee experience

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and employee engagement tools.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

The Employee Experience Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing various employee experience programs to ensure a positive, engaging, and productive work environment.
