Responsibilities:

• · Compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• · Fill production log sheet/written records as directed
• · Regular independent learning
• · Regular maintenance of machinery and equipment as part of the maintenance and repair plans
• · Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...)
• · Report quality defects
• · Inspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packing
• · Packaging of products in accordance with instructions
• As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times
• · Production experience, ideally in a company in the plastics packaging industry
• · Good understanding of technical processes
• · Good knowledge of operating supplies
• · Willingness to work in shifts
• · Willingness to follow training in order to become machine operator and Plant/installations operator
• Readiness for self development in the field of plastics processing

• Physical Requirements
• · Able to lift 35 pounds
• · Walking and standing for long periods (at least 8 hours)
• · Moving fuel tanks in and out of stations for 8 hours
• · Operating Lift assist (moving around larger pieces of equipment)
• · Using hand tools / hammer type tools
• · Bending down to pick up and move fuel tanks for 1 hour period (WIP loading / unloading)
• · Working around large equipment
• · Dexterity (frequent use of 1 or 2 hands for tasks involving fingering, gripping and manipulation)
• · Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
• · Ability to operate pallet jack (powered)
• Bending and lifting materials 5-10 times in a row
