- Licensure/Certification: PHR, preferred.

- Operational Excellence: Able to work alongside varying levels of team members and involve other colleagues, departments or outside providers as necessary to overcome obstacles.
- Communication: Ability to convey confidence & calmness to team members in working with team and meeting them where they are.
- Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results.

What We OfferThis position requires the Team Member Navigator applicant to be based in or near the Charleston, SC area, as regular on-site rounding and in-person engagement with team members and leaders at assigned facilities are essential to the role.
The Team Member Navigator is a problem solver and an advocate for team members in resolving a wide array of human capital matters in an efficient and timely manner. The TM Navigator will work and round on-site at assigned clinical and other facilities, serving as the primary representative of the Human Resources team. The successful candidate will bring a limitless mindset in delighting new hires and team members with efficient, creative, and culturally-competent solutions, and will serve as a liaison where other parties need to be involved. This position serves as a talent pipeline for Human Resources and system wide roles. Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from the Manager, HR Solutions Center.
