- Build relationships and trust:
- Assist with problem resolution.
- Share team member viewpoints based on data and trends during management decision-making meetings.
- Monitor team member morale.
- Support team member engagement and recognition activities.
- Coach team members through issues.
- Maintain close contact with the plant floor via effective daily labor management systems to ensure positive employee relations.
- Advocate for the Company:
- Consistent policy administration (know policies to ensure accurate and consistent administration and application, create and administer training to section mgmt. based on trends/gaps identified through key performance indicators and various HR communication channels, investigate policy violations including conducting interviews, creating case summaries, and issuing Corrective Action).
- Promote continuous improvement by performing data analysis and utilizing problem-solving techniques to create and execute approved strategies and action plans.
- Present, support and communicate Toyota’s position on key business objectives and reinforce company viewpoint on issues with team members.
- Facilitate concern resolution between team members and section management.
- Partner with section management to understand business needs and challenges while maintaining team member morale.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or closely related discipline, OR equivalent of at least 4 years of human resources experience.
- Experience developing and delivering training.
- Experience with policy administration.
- Experience with coaching/counseling team members related to policy, performance, behavior, and attendance issues.
- Experience using data analytics to identify trends to create strategies and drive problem-solving.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to work one week on night shift each month (four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM to 5:15 AM).
- HR or Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Human Resource technology systems.

Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Member Relations Analyst.
Reporting to the TMR Manager, the person in this role will support the TMR department's objective to develop and maintain positive employee relations and assure that the management team understands the intent and spirit of Toyota HR policies.
This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Blue Springs, Mississippi. The selected candidate will be required to reside within a commutable distance to this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.
