Job Description

- Provide a wide-range of confidential, administrative support as it relates to the administration and operations Toronto FC’s professional teams and its contributing departments
- Support Senior Manager, Team Operations with team travel administration and preparations
- Assist with the administration of player care matters, including but not limited to onboarding materials and processes, player transportation, medical administration, and relocation expenses
- Serve as the MLS Next Pro visiting team liaison and support Coordinator, Team Operations with various gameday logistics for Toronto FC II home matches
- Support the Team Operations department with all team-related invoicing and expense reporting
- Maintain player information across various internal databases such as Teamworks
- Provide support with various internal, administrative projects and research as required
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times, maintain confidentiality and take pride in the organization, our people and the role
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proven confidentiality when it comes to private information
- Demonstrates organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management in either professional, academic/school, or community settings
- Comfortable working with flexible hours/work schedule which could expand to weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of soccer at both the professional and community levels is an asset

Job Description
Toronto FC is searching for a professional, energetic, and passionate individual to support our Team Operations department in the role of Intern, Team Operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Team Operations, this position will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the day-to-day operations and administration of Toronto FC & Toronto FC II.
