Assist in the development, management, and overall stewardship of program governance, collaborations, protocol development, and program policies with special focus on managing reviews and analyzing portfolios.
Support collaborations between internal divisions, NIH institutes and centers, or with awardees.
Support the development and management of internal processes.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in group management and portfolio analysis especially in relation to medical records, clinical products, or clinical studies.
Ability to understand the wealth of available healthcare data to assist the program in data sourcing, interpretation, and utilization.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Project management experience is also important to us, so it will be helpful if you have formal experience with process, program, or project management.

The Life Sciences Division of the Leidos Health Group is seeking a scientist who will work as a productive member of a team that supports process, data, and program management for the All of Us Research Program (AoURP) in Bethesda, MD. This is NOT a laboratory research position.
The All of Us Research Program collects a wide variety of data from sources including biospecimens, physical measurements, genomic profiles, mobile health devices, and medical histories to describe a cohort of over a million people who will be followed for over 10 years.

Program-Specific Pay Range:The program’s salary range for this position is $87,000-$95,000 commensurate with the amount and appropriateness of experience.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,050.00 - $113,975.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
