      Responsibilities

      • Day to day contact for League Locker Room Equipment Managers
      • Partner cross functionally with Fanatics leaders (product, licensing, manufacturing, tech, etc.) and Operations to provide on-time product delivery and world-class service to teams
      • Responsible for helping maintain a positive relationship with the Locker Room Equipment Managers
      • Order management. Point person to receive, process, and communicate all team orders. Work with manufacturing and distribution to expedite orders when requested or needed.
      • Responsible for ensuring teams place orders (start of season, special events, hot markets, etc.) in a timely manner to allow enough production time
      • Familiarize and become product expert for line presentations with Locker Room Equipment managers
      • Assist with other projects as assigned

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, or related field; or 2-4 years of work experience in sales/customer service, sports licensing, relationship management, or relevant consumer product industry with or without a degree
      • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
      • Knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms/systems; experience with FMS/DMS is ideal
      • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
      • Process management knowledge & understanding
      • Strong planning, analytical, and presentation skills
      • Curious problem solver
      • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to change
      • Effective communicator and active listener
      • Capable of navigating a fast-paced and matrixed organization
      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the job if/when required (travel to on site facilities, as needed, during special events and hot markets)
