- Guide customers through Team Suite bookings using the Meetings and Events Portal (MEP).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation and booking calendars.
- Educate guests about Team Suite amenities and features.
- Assist with booking, rescheduling, and resolving schedule conflicts.
- Provide customer support, troubleshoot, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Offer lite AV/IT support and escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Collaborate with onsite and virtual support teams, such as Events, Reception, and Facilities Management (FM) to meet customer needs.
- Ensure smooth operations through flexible implementation of program changes and updates.
- Maintain incident/issue logs and escalate concerns to NWC leadership, client stakeholders, and Facilities Management (FM) as needed.
- Assist with data analysis and provide insights to project team as needed.
- Maintain time tracking and programmatic logs.
- Monitor storage areas to ensure they are clean and accessible
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions to maintain current information on general policies and program updates.
- Assist with special events and projects, as requested.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- BS/BA degree in hospitality, international reactions, marketing, or equivalent related experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role with a year of experience communicating and collaborating with clients and employees on projects and deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Proficiency with ticketing and booking systems preferred.
- Experience managing a shared team inbox in addition to their own preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to write concise correspondence. Successfully communicating verbally and electronically with all levels of client customers, management, employees, and vendor partners.
- Highly effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills. Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to anticipate customer needs and resolve tactical challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on assignment execution, able to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information.
- Demonstrate capability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying strong critical thinking, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret and follow Northwest Center (NWC) and client policies and procedures. Commitment to work in an inclusive and diverse environment.
- Ability to be on-site at the designated campus on a consistent basis.
- Ability to frequently carry and lift a backpack containing a laptop and other supplies, up to 50
- It is a combination of desk and actively visiting NWC operational or client corporate buildings so the ability to move consistently within a 1.5-mile radius is required.
- Comfortability working in an open, unassigned workspace is required.
- Ability to bend and squat while tidying up the suite.
- Ability to stand up for long periods (up to 8 hours per workday).
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods (up to 8 hours per workday).
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to see both distance and details at close range, within a few feet of the observer (with or without corrective lenses).
- Ability to identify and understand the speech of another person (with or without a personal auditory hearing device).
- This is a dog friendly environment with over 1,000 dogs on campus. Individuals with dog allergies or those who do not particularly care for dogs may not be the best fit.

Hours: Monday through Friday, an 8-hour shift, between the hours of 7:30 am u2013 6:00 pm. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
Staring Hourly Range: $27.74 per hour | Full Hourly Range: $27.74 - $33.61 per hour
