What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead engagement efforts from business process consulting to solution design, development, and deployment
- Guide teams on project processes and deliverables while serving as a key advisor during architecture and design reviews
- Oversee project development, production support, and maintenance activities
- Prepare and update necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with system requirements
- Act as the single point of contact for project stakeholders, promoting teamwork and mentoring subordinates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located within the United States; travel may be required
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 10 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including strong requirements gathering and solution design capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and experience with data migration and integration with various systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile project methodology and Lean/Agile development practices
- Knowledge of MES applications and their integration with Teamcenter
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure Cloud, and Confluence for documentation and project tracking
- Previous experience with enterprise PLM, ERP, or MES systems
- Strong conversational skills and adaptability to new technologies
