What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle end user tickets in PLM Teamcenter and NX
- Support and guide team through problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development
- Gather and document technical and functional user requirements
- Develop functional and technical specifications
- Support development of application and technical architecture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have relevant experience in PLM L3 Support
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of PLM Teamcenter and NX
- Experience in developing and executing test scripts
- Proficiency in data architecture and data migration efforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with custom java applications
- Knowledge of systems, integrations, interfaces, and configurations
- Experience in business readiness and change management activities
