- Experience with Requirements Management tools
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel 10-25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with industry Model Based Systems Engineering Frameworks
- Previous use of Capella or Cameo
- Customer facing interpersonal skills
- Previous use of Teamcenter Requirements, DOORs, or Jama
- Experience with industry Requirements Management tools
