      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor databases, networks, and software applications for service degradation and failures
      - Respond to trouble calls, alerts, and emails in a timely manner
      - Troubleshoot service, device, or network issues
      - Perform trend analysis of systems for optimal performance
      - Escalate issues to Information Technology Operations groups and perform necessary notifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED
      - 2-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
      - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and documentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar network operations role
