- Contribute to assessment, classification, and optimization of the organization's application portfolio.
- Work closely with application owners to ensure that applications align with business needs and contribute to strategic goals.
- Contribute to prioritization of applications based on business value, risk, and strategic importance.
- Contribute to evaluation of the total cost of ownership for each application and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Work with financial analysts to manage the IT portfolio budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure that the IT portfolio meets regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to identification of risks associated with the application portfolio.
- Communicate IT portfolio strategy, status, and performance to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into the health and effectiveness of the IT portfolio.
- Academic: Currently pursuing a degree from a Business or Engineering School, reflecting a passion for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and French, enabling effective communication in our diverse and international work environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
