      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries by responding to various questions, issues, and concerns
      - Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
      - Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion
      - Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call by being proactive
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - 6 months of customer service experience preferred
      - Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
      - Proven oral and written communication skills, along with logical problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a virtual team environment
      - Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
      - Strong organizational and work prioritization skills
