  We’re looking for a Tech DevOps Engineer to:
  
  • design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
  • apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
  • ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
  • contribute to frequent releases that improve our digital products and technology services
  • build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
  • understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
  • share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

  Your team

  You'll be working in the GWMA STAAT team in Pune. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple client applications which are completely cloud agnostic. We manage infra, CI/CD and Monitoring of our applications which cater more than 10K users.

  Your expertise

  • should have 8 years of experience in design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM templates for provisioning and managing Azure resources and develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure deployment and configuration.
  • implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI for automated build, test, and deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with Azure DevOps, Hashicorp Vault services for end-to-end delivery automation
  • extensive experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing Azure cloud services and work on solutions for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery in Azure environments
  • proficient in shell scripting for task automation and system administration, proficiency in Basic Networking concepts is desired, good to have familiarity with Python for building custom automation scripts and tooling
  • collaborate with development teams to streamline the deployment process and enhance overall development workflows and manage source code repositories using Git for version control
  • implement and manage Azure monitoring solutions (Application Insights and Azure Monitor) for tracking the health and performance of applications and infrastructure and configure and maintain logging systems like Prometheus and Grafana for effective troubleshooting and analysis
  • implement and enforce security best practices in infrastructure and application deployments and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
